Karin Dax is an award-winning interior architectural designer and planner with over a decade of experience. Her diverse portfolio spans corporate offices, hospitality venues, multifamily residences, luxury single-family homes, higher education institutions, government facilities, public spaces, and healthcare environments. She is recognized for designing interiors that seamlessly align with client goals while elevating everyday experiences through thoughtful materiality and refined spatial composition.
Throughout her career, Karin has collaborated with renowned clients and brands such as One Thousand Museum, ZOM, Four Seasons Hotel & Residences, Yotel, Aimco, Adler Group, The Morgan Group, One Real Estate Investment, Crocker Partners, Trammell Crow, Brightline, Lincoln Properties, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Stiles, Fidelity Investments, Pembroke Real Estate, MIT, Dartmouth College, the State of New York, and the U.S. Government.
Karin approaches every project by first considering how a space should feel—drawing on her education in interior design, background in psychology, and years of travel. She is known for bringing clarity and calm to complex challenges, always attuned to the subtle details that quietly shape how people connect to a place. For her, great hospitality design is about creating spaces that feel effortless, intuitive, and lasting.
She holds a degree in Interior Design from the Boston Architectural College and a degree in Psychology. Karin is a licensed interior designer in the State of Florida (Credential ID ID6110) and is NCIDQ certified. Her work has been featured in exhibitions and publications that celebrate excellence in interior design and innovation.
