Juan Dávila is Partner and Managing Practice Lead at AIRE + Partners, where he brings over 20 years of architectural experience across a broad range of project types including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial workplaces, academic environments, and civic infrastructure.

As the studio’s lead architect for technical delivery, Juan oversees the transformation of conceptual design into built form—ensuring each project is executed with precision, performance, and purpose. He brings a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, construction methodologies, and sustainability principles, with particular expertise in Florida building codes and high-performance systems integration.

His approach is defined by a balance of constructability and design integrity. He collaborates closely with design teams, consultants, and clients to steward projects from early planning through construction administration, ensuring excellence at every stage of delivery.

A licensed architect in the United States and LEED Accredited Professional, Juan earned his degree in Architectural Studies from Florida International University and his professional degree in Architecture from Florida Atlantic University. He plays a key role in shaping the studio’s practice culture—advancing quality, mentoring emerging talent, and supporting the studio’s continued evolution as a design-forward, delivery-focused practice.
